Her real name is is Hope Sullivan. She used to be a solo hero but joined the most recent version of the Heroics. She is the youngest member.

She has trained since she was 3 at the Red Dragon Institute. She is now 17. This training gave her the ability to route her chi through her body, giving super agility, a "sixth sense" allowing her to see 360º around her, the ability to make herself super-strong for short periods of time, and energy blasts. Her armor is invulnerable.
